CONSTITUTION

  1. The Society shall be called the "Kennington Horticultural Society".
  2. The Management of the Society shall be conducted by a President, Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, and a Committee, to be elected annually.
  3. The object of the Society shall be to further the cause of horticulture in any way possible.
  4. Membership, shall be open to all residents of Kennington, Sugworth Lane, Pebble Hill and Woodlands Mobile Home Parks.  Associated membership shall be open to persons resident outside the aforementioned area by invitation of the committee.  They shall enjoy all benefits and privileges of full membership, including exhibiting at the Annual Show.
  5. A membership fee determined at the Annual General Meeting shall be paid annually, presently £1.
